Narelle Hudson offers Professional Counselling services at her private practice in Port Macquarie; as well as Telephone and Skype Counselling if you are not a local or have trouble getting to Soul Healing. Narelle is a qualified and empathetic professional who has a Diploma in Professional Counselling and is also a registered member of the ACA, Australian Counselling Association.

Different Counselling modalities are used here at Soul Healing. I may use Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or Gestalt Therapy; or a combination of more than one style. I believe that everyone is unique and each of their concerns are different. I do not like to have a 'one sizefits all' style with any of my treatments so I use different methods to assist unique individuals in addressing their personal concerns.
 In our intitial session we will gether information, evaluate your needs and treatment preferences, and plan for future sessions. We will do this by setting an initial goal, that we both see as achievable. All counselling sessions are private and confidential; whether your session is face to face, on the telephone or via Skype. Narelle loves learning and will continue enhancing her skills in, and following her passion for counselling, by completing further studies to achieve her Bachelor of Counselling by the end of 2013.
